Luso Finsa has been the target of strong investments that have reinforced its productive capacity, in Nelas. In the last 4 years, around 100 million euros have been invested.
In 2018, FINSA employed 3.347 people, of which around 310 are assigned to the Nelas industrial unit and generated a turnover of 916 million euros.
Refining Project – Fiber preparation facility to produce SuperPan panels.
At the end of 2016, Lusofinsa decided to install a pine wood fiber preparation line for the production of SuperPan panels.
The installation was purchased from the manufacturer Valmet and Energest was responsible for the installation of all piping in this line.
The DN 300 and DN 200 steam collectors were built according to the EN 13445 Standard, European Directive 2014/68/ VE, with Energest Declaration of Conformity and CE Marking, issued by Bureau Veritas Rinave.
The following pipes were made:
- Safety duct
- Chilled water
- Industrial water
- Dirty Waters
- Process waters - Rotary
- Compressed air
